Limey's Faces ABCC Hearing
The restaurant is scheduled to be in front of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Sept. 19 regarding an alleged violation.

NORWOOD, MA — Limey’s face new accusations of a liquor license violation, this time from the state’s authority on alcoholic beverages.
The restaurant is scheduled to be in front of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission Sept. 19 regarding an alleged violation that took place on April 29, 2017. A notice from the ABCC alleges that the establishment violated a rule that prohibits the delivery of two or more drinks to more than one person at a time.
At Tuesday’s selectmen meeting, the board indicated that the matter only involved the ABCC and is independent of local action.
