Norwood Coronavirus Cases Remained Level The Last Two Weeks

NORWOOD, MA — Norwood reported 80 cases of coronavirus in the two weeks leading up to April 3, placing it in the "yellow" zone.

The average daily incidence rate was lower than the previous week's, staying around 19. The percent positivity sdecreased slightly from 2.94 percent to 2.76 percent. Roughly a quarter of Norwood residents have received both doses of the vaccine, and another 17 percent have received just one dose.

Massachusetts reported 1,938 cases over the past two weeks, with a daily incidence rate of 28.1 and a percent positivity of 2.29 percent.
