DEDHAM, MA — The Dedham Marauders ended their season on a high note, winning the annual Thanksgiving showdown against Norwood. On the back of three touchdowns from Tyler Martel, the hosts picked up a 23-7 win in the 89th meeting between the two teams.
Dedham jumped out to a 10-o lead in the first quarter thanks to a touchdown from Martel and 35-yard-field goal from Jared Duane, according to the Boston Globe.
Norwood's lone score came by way of a 31-yard pass from Jack Doherty Marc Murphy.

Martel scored two more touchdowns in the third quarter.
Dedham finishes the year 6-5 while Norwood ends what could be their final year in the Bay State Conference with an 0-11 record.
