Norwood Fire Crews Handle Smokey Dunkin' Donuts

NORWOOD, MA — Norwood fire crews made quick work after a call came in on Thursday for an incident right down the road from the station.

The Dunkin Donuts on Nahatan Street called the department and reported smokey conditionsinside around 3:30 p.m. Fire crews were able to quickly pinpoint the problem to an electrical issue with one of the stoves. Once the stove was disconnected the situation was handled.

Crews stuck around to air out the shop before trekking back the 200 yards to the fire station.
