Central Market & Travel: There was one can that was badly dented, but was removed from the display.  All of the dates were OK on the food and the cheese and milk temperatures were observed.

Broadway Pizza and Grill: A customer complained that someone was using their bare hands on ready-to-eat-foods.  But upon arrival there were gloves and the staff did not use their bare hands on the ready-to-eat foods during the observation.

Tuesday, June 18

Beijing Kitchen: Observed a tray of raw whole shell eggs at room temperature.  The person in charge did not know how long they were in room temperature and voluntarily threw them out.  All other hot and cold foods were in temperature compliance.

Nick's Homestyle Restaurant: They observed the cooler to be at 56F.  The cooler was suppose to be between 38F to 40F.  As a result, all of the milk was thrown away and a warning was issued.
