Norwood Health Inspections: Mint Cafe, Dollar Tree and More

Tuesday, June 11

Dollar Tree: Observed about 80 packages that had past dated foods on display.  And several dented cans were removed from display.

Wednesday, June 12

Outback Steakhouse: The interior of the soda dispenser at the bar had some slime.  They need to replace the knob at the beverage center.  The Kitchen needs deep cleaning and the there needs to be a designated area for the staff to take their break.  They should not eat at the food prep area.

Mint Cafe: They observed slime in the soda dispenser at the bar, that was corrected on site.

Thursday, June 13

Norwood Senior Center: The double oven had soil and grease so they need to clean that.

Phoenix School Cullinary Program: They need to increase frequency of cleaning kitchen.
