"Norwood High School is extremely proud of the hard work and dedication that our students in the tv production and broadcast journalism programs put in on a daily basis. The recognition of several of our students in multiple categories of the "Nemmys" serves as public recognition of their consistent efforts to bring quality news and journalism to our students and community. We are especially proud of how the students apply skills learned in the classroom and create products for public consumption. We couldn't be more proud of our honorable mentions and look forward to their continued success in the future."
The student production awards are typically presented during the annual "Lights, Camera, Action: Television and Film Conference" at Millis High School, but due to the new coronavirus outbreak, the conference and awards ceremony were canceled this year.
