Norwood Obituary: Francis G. "Frank" Morrill

Francis G. "Frank," Morrill, 85, of Norwood, died Mar. 2, 2013 in Norwood.

Frank was born in Boston, July 31, 1927, the son of the late Gordon and Lillian (Dooley) Morrill. He served in the US Navy in the Pacific during WWII and received a degree from Boston University. He worked as an administrator at Norwood Hospital for over 20 years. After his retirement he enjoyed working part time in Boston at the State House Bookstore. Frank was also a longtime member of the Norwood Democratic Town Committee.

Frank was the loving father of Sean Morrill and his wife, Renee of Texas and also leaves his longtime dear friend, Claire Karnehm of Norwood and several cousins.

Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, March 6, at 12 PM Noon at the Gillooly Funeral Home, 126 Walpole St., (Rt. 1A) NORWOOD. Interment will follow at Highland Cemetery, Norwood.
