Norwood Overnight Parking Ban For The Season

NORWOOD, MA — A town-wide overnight parking ban has been put in place between 12 a.m., and 6 a.m. Police said the ban is to keep streets clear in case snow removal becomes necessary.

Police said they have put reminder notices on cars over the last few weeks.

"We would rather not take enforcement, so please keep your vehicle clear of the roadway," Norwood Police said in a statement.

Any vehicle parked on the street or in municipal lots overnight are subject to a $20 fine for each violation.
