1:19 p.m. Caller reported his vehicle had been broken into while parked in the parking lot of T.G.I. Fridays. A wallet was reported stolen.
2:06 p.m. Caller reported the theft of a laptop on Hoyle Street.

12:52 a.m. Andrew Smith, 29, of 236 Union St. in Hanover was arrested for operation of a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
