Norwood Received Over 6 Inches Of Snow: NWS

Despite plenty of shifting projections, the final total came as advertised.

NORWOOD, MA — The winter storm that came through the area late Wednesday night and Thursday morning left a few inches of the heavy variety of snow behind.

Norwood received 6.8 inches of snow as of 9 a.m. Thursday, according to the National Weather Service. The reports are compiled by various reporters including trained spotters, co-op observers, social media, and the general public.
