All students grades 6-12 have been assigned their own Chromebook to use for classwork, homework and more.

NORWOOD, MA — Students and teachers at Norwood High School and Coakley Middle School have embraced emerging technologies in the classroom this school year.

All students grades 6-12 have been assigned their own Chromebook to use for classwork, homework and more.

With keyboarding replacing writing by hand, students have said they appreciate having the tablets as a classroom tool, especially when interactive apps and platforms are used such as Google Classroom. Teachers are also embracing the technology and creating new lesson plans with them.
