July 27
8:12 p.m. - Three kids who were riding their bikes through traffic near Nahatan Street and Currant Avenue were spoken to.

12:24 a.m. - A caller stated that they saw a person lean into a vehicle near Short and Washington Streets and hit someone. A neighbor in the area told police that they didn’t hear anything.
12:52 a.m. - During a traffic stop on Washington Street, James Boran, 32, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and failure to stop/yield.

8:09 a.m. - A caller told police that a man started to bang on her car and swear at her after she entered the Convenient Food Mart parking lot on Washington Street. The man told police that she nearly hit him.
July 29
12:36 a.m. - A caller on Ledgeview Road told police that a van had been in front of a house across the street for several hours and it looked like someone was slouched over the wheel. Heather Burgess, 50, of Norwood, was arrested and charged with operating under the influence of liquor.
