Police Logs, Dec. 7-9

Tuesday, Dec. 7:

3:21 p.m. - Caller reports someone broke into his apartment on Dean St. Officers responded and filed a report.

5:21 p.m. - Police received a call that a man and woman were arguing loudly at on Nahatan St. Officers found the male party on foot, but the woman was gone on arrival. A report was filed.

Wednesday, Dec. 8:

4:41 p.m. - Police assisted with a reported brush fire near Ridegwood Rd.

6:21 p.m. - Officers responded to a multiple car accident on Neponset St. at Hazelwood Dr. Norwood Fire responded to transport parties to the hospital. Neponset St. toward Canton was closed off to traffic while the cars were towed from the scene.

10:44 p.m. - Caller reported a drunk individual kicking and attempting to enter the caller's blue Honda on Washington St. Both parties were gona when officers arrived on the scene.

Thursday, Dec. 9:

11:57 a.m. - Caller from Home Depot on Route 1 reports vandalism. A report was filed.

12:42 p.m. - Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident on Victoria Circle. As a result a Norwood male was placed under arrest for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. The Department of Public Works responded as well for a fallen tree.

5:24 p.m. - Caller reports breaking and entering at his home on Devon Rd. Officers responded and filed a report.

7:37 p.m. - Female party called from the on Route 1, reporting that her ex-boyfriend violated a restraining order. Officers responded and placed the male party under arrest.
