Workforce Training Grant Given to Norwood’s AG Salesworks

The WTFP program has provided $202 million to help train 290,000 Massachusetts workers in more than 3,700 companies since 2007.

Rep. John H. Rogers (D-Norwood) announced that Norwood's AG Saleswork received a $76,000 state workforce training grant to help train their employees in job-related skills.

Rogers is a member of the House-Senate Committee on Labor and Workforce Development and is co-founder of the Workforce Training Fund Program (WTFP).  

The WTFP program has provided $202 million to help train 290,000 Massachusetts workers in more than 3,700 companies since 2007.  

“My number one priority is getting constituents back to work and living more productive and fruitful lives for themselves and their families," Rogers said.  "This is most important for our community, our economy and our future.”
