Bancroft Closes Peabody Location, Burlington Location Stays Open
Bancroft & Co. opened its location at the North Shore Mall in Peabody in April 2018.
PEABODY, MA —Bancroft & Co. permanently closed its location at the Northshore mall in Peabody.
Bancroft & Co. opened its Peabody location in April 2018. Weber Restaurant Group, which owns the restaurant, said its Burlington location would reopen this month. In an Instagram post, it said a new restaurant would be opening in the Peabody space this fall.
"Thank you to our loyal customers and amazing staff for all the good times and the memories!" the company said. "We cannot wait to see you back in Peabody, when we open our new concept."

The Northshore Mall reopened last month after a three-month closure as part of emergency orders aimed at slowing the spread of the coronavirus.
