I feel that discipline has to be taught corporally and not physically. First of all The School which forbade the child to future use of the school bus should be charged with child endangerment. Secondly the bully Father should also be charged with child endangerment. The child is Not a Marine in Boot Camp and perhaps has a closed mental capacity where she is fighting for her life against the Big Bad Wolf crying for help and mimicking what she learns from adults and viscious films on tv. Perhaps COMMON SENSE SHOULD PREVAIL. Wake up People the child you SAVE may be your own.
