'His Love Of Life Reflects On Everything': Father's Day Photos

PEABODY, MA—Whether it's through his or her personality, looks, hobbies or a combination of everything, a son or daughter often takes on the qualities of the dad who raised them. With Father's Day 2018 right around the corner, we are celebrating that special bond by inviting Patch readers across Massachusetts to share their "father-son" or "father-daughter" lookalike photos.

It doesn't matter how old the kids are; they'll always be a chip off the old block.

This photo, submitted by Adrienne Palen, shows her husband Josh Palen and their two daughters Maggie, 10, and Reese, 6. The family is from Peabody and the photo was taken in May while taking a family bike ride down one of their favorite spots: the Danvers Rail Trail.
