After 5 Days On The Run, Peabody Dog Home Safe
Penny, a 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur, has been reunited with her family.
PEABODY, MA – In the five days that Penny – a 2-year-old Black Mouth Cur – was missing, she was seen all over the North Shore, from the Salem Woods to near the Northshore Mall. On Wednesday, Penny went back to the home where she went missing.
Penny had been missing from Linden Road and Longview since March 3.
According to a Missing Dogs Massachusetts post, Penny's owner was talking to Animal Control about the latest sightings when he pulled up to the house where she went missing and saw Penny, sitting outside.

Her owner quietly called her name, and she ran up to him like she had never left, according to the post. Welcome home, Penny!
