Peabody's International Festival is right around the corner.

PEABODY, MA – Peabody's annual International Festival is coming up fast on Sept. 10. Planning for the free festival has been underway all summer, and attendees can look forward to food and art that showcases the diversity of Peabody.

The festival runs from noon to 6 p.m. on Main Street, and two stages will feature entertainment from different cultural performers. There will be a Kid's Day Celebration at East End Veteran's Memorial Park with music, arts and crafts, moon bounces, and more activities.

The Progeria International Race for Research will kick off festival week on Saturday, Sept. 9, 2017 at 9 a.m. On-site registration at the Leather City Common on Lowell Street begins at 7:45 a.m. The race will feature a 2 mile fun run/walk and a 5k road race – a great course for the serious athlete, families, and teams. This fun-filled
