Peabody Lifts Snow Emergency, Ends Parking Ban

It's the best sign yet that things are getting back to normal after the storm dumped 22 inches of snow on Peabody.

PEABODY, MA -- The city lifted the snow emergency and the on-street parking ban just before 8 am Wednesday. Officially, the final snow total for Peabody was 22 inches, according to the national weather service.
