Peabody Resident Takes Lead Of City's Chamber Of Commerce
Beth Amico will be taking on role of executive director after serving as Chamber's office manager.

PEABODY, MA — A Peabody resident with more than 17 years of corporate experience is the new executive director of the Peabody Area Chamber of Commerce.
The Chamber announced the Beth Amico will transition from office manager to the leadership role in place of Julie Daigle, who will become the Director of Development of MIlls58 at the Chamber's office location.
The Chamber said the transition will be seamless, as Amico and Daigle will continue to work together to make sure there is no pause in business operations at the PACC.

"I look forward to continuing to build relationships with the wonderful PACC members and to support businesses within our local communities," Amico said. "I have learned a lot about the Chamber's values and benefits since joining the team and am excited to have the opportunity to continue sharing those with members. An added bonus is the ability to continue to work with Julie in her new role, as she and Maria Terris, Programs Director, have been instrumental in my PACC role."
Amico worked in human resources at Clarks Americas, Inc. and HP Hood, LLC as HR director and HR manager. She has also worked with the North Shore-Cape Ann Public Health Emergency Preparedness Coalition as a contact liaison during the coronavirus pandemic.
