Peabody Toy's R Us property auctioned off to the highest bidder!
The Toy's R Us location on route 128/114 in Peabody at the Northshore Mall was liquidated at auction.
Toy's R Us located at the Northshore Mall in Peabody was auctioned off to the highest bidder this past week and the new tenets have been announced by the public release of lease information. According to a release by Toy's R Us the new tenet in the space will be Peabody, Golf & Tennis, Grand Sakwa/ Huntington LLC. No other information was provided but it is expected that Toy's R Us will vacate the space effective July 1st as their in the final stages of liquidation.
