'Purple Rain' Showing in Danvers This Weekend
AMC Theaters will be showing the 1984 film in memory of Prince at theaters across the nation.
Danvers, MA - "Purple Rain," the 1984 film that rocketed Prince from stardom to super-stardom, will be playing at the AMC Liberty Tree Mall in Danvers over the next several days.
Prince, 57, was found dead at his Paisley Park studio and home on Thursday.
The film will be playing at a number of theaters throughout the country between Saturday and Thursday, April 27.
