Resurfaced Basketball Court Reopens In Peabody
The city resurfaced the court at Marrs Park and opened a pickleball complex in an abandoned city lot at the park.
PEABODY, MA — As Peabody residents look to soak up the fall outdoors this year amid the coronavirus there is one new place, and one new-look place, open for competition.
The city resurfaced and relines the basketball court at Marrs Park over the summer. There is also a new pickleball complex at the park that features six, custom-designed courts and a viewing area.
The projects were done using Community Preservation Act funds.

Marrs Park is located near the intersection of Sutton and Home streets.
