Possibly inappropriate activity in cars and hammocks, fast food filming, and more from North Shore police logs this week.

  • Someone called to report a person taping the staff inside Wendy's on Newbury Street on Saturday around 11:30 p.m. The person left before officers arrived.
  • Someone reported a possibly intoxicated driver who went through the drive thru at the Main Street McDonald's. The caller said the driver's eyes were red, and they went over a curb when leaving the parking lot on Monday around 10 p.m.
  • Someone called police to report that a Newbury Street neighbor threw a rock at the caller on Tuesday around 5 p.m.
  • Police took a report of kids throwing apples over a fence and into a Judith Road pool on Thursday around 1 p.m.

  • Officers responded to a Winthrop Street home on a report of an animal inside a bedroom last Friday around 8 p.m. Police found a large gray squirrel in the room, and helped it get into a tree outside the window.
  • Police responded to a report of a group of people bragging about stealing underwear on Monday around 4 p.m. on Derby Street. Officers found they were celebrating a recent marriage.

MARBLEHEAD

  • A kayaker made it home safely after losing a paddle off the coast of Marblehead on Thursday around 9 p.m.
  • Police took a report of a couple possibly having sex in a hammock in the area of Lighthouse Lane on Monday evening. When officers called the witness back, the caller said they just assumed they were having sex.
  • Officers responded to a report of people possibly having sex in a car on Wednesday around 3 a.m. on Widger Road. Police moved the occupants along.
