Shot Fired at Home; Ducks in Pool: Peabody Police

Wednesday, May 4
At 3:30 p.m., there was a report of a potential road rage incident on Centennial Drive.
At 6:32 p.m., police arrested Ashley Maureen Agabides, 25, of Dorchester Avenue in Dorchester on a warrant. Police also arrested Michael Vitale, 41, of Revere and charged him with operating under the influence of drugs.

At 7:20 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Andover Street. One person was transported to Salem Hospital.

At 10:36 p.m., a caller reported that a neighbor downstairs was refusing to stop smoking the marijuana in the house.
Thursday, May 5
At 12:19 a.m., there was a report of a gunshot fired through a residence at Mobile Estates on Newbury Street. Officers spoke to several people sitting around the corner who said they saw two people sitting in a four door, silver car wearing hoodies. Detectives collected the round from the scene.
At 8:44 a.m., a resident on Chase Circle reported that there were two mallard ducks in his pool. He was advised to shoo them away or let them leave on their own.
