Tony C's Open For Business At North Shore Mall

PEABODY, MA -- Tony C’s Sports Bar & Grill opened its fifth location at the North Shore Mall in Peabody Thursday. The 7,700 square-foot sports bar has 70 televisions and a menu feturing American comfort food, according to a news release.

"We are thrilled to expand Tony C's Sports Bar & Grill to the Northshore Mall and look forward to serving and engaging with the surrounding community where a young Tony Conigliaro first began his career and left an indelible mark," David Doyle, regional director of the Cronin Group, said. "It's a great opportunity to continue his name and legacy in the area he called home and to play a small part in bringing his story full circle."

The chain is named after North Shore native and former Red Sox player Tony Conigliaro. Le Cordon Bleu graduate Steve Walsh is the location's executive chef. Walsh previously worked for the Back Bay Restaurant Group, at both Joe’s American Bar & Grill and The Atlantic Fish Company.
