Two Peabody Women Charged with Assault and Battery

The following are excerpts from reports in the Peabody Police Department press log from June 3-4.

Monday, June 3

  • 4:48 p.m. Peabody Fire Department responded to a stove fire on Avalon Drive. The fire department extinguished the fire. 
  • 5:10 p.m. police arrested Gabriel Noel, of 131 Adams St., Lynn on Lake Street. Noel was charged with the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and no inspection sticker. 
  • 6:11 p.m. police arrested Nicole Lebouef, of 3B Andover Drive, Apt. 27, and Dorcee Tallent, of 3C Andover Drive, Apt. 3C, on Andover Drive. Lebouef was charged with assault and battery and Tallent was charged with assault and battery and receiving stolen property. 
  • 6:22 p.m. a caller reported that $140 was taken from her car while the windshield was being replaced on Andover Street. 
  • 6:33 p.m. a caller reported that multiple flexible downspout extensions were stolen from a home on Griffin Road.
  • 7:19 p.m. a caller reported a fire on Jones Road. An officer reports this is a brush fire and the fire was extinguished. 
  • 8:31 p.m. a caller reported that someone stole a sink from his front yard on Walker Road. 

Tuesday, June 4

  • 10:30 a.m. a shoplifter that fled on foot was reported at Sears. Police arrested Jennifer A. Schoch, 32, of 21 Caller St., Apt. 309. Schoch was charged with shoplifting by concealing, second offense, and disorderly conduct. 
  • 10:35 a.m. a caller reported a moped stolen on Main Street. The moped was located. 
  • 1:58 p.m. a shoplifter was reported at Sears. The shoplifter was summonsed to court.
