Vandal Throws Spaghetti on Motor Vehicle

The following are excerpts from reports in the Peabody Police Department press log from July 14-15.
Sunday, July 14

  • 3:14 p.m. a caller reports that his motor vehicle was vandalized overnight on Sunset Drive. An officer reported that it seemed someone had thrown spaghetti on the motor vehicle in question. 
  • 3:44 p.m. a caller reported the larceny of a pocketbook on Foster Street at the Metro Bowl. The only items missing were $180 in cash and an iPhone. 
  • 3:57 p.m. a shoplifter was reported at the Stop & Shop on Howley Street. Police arrested Kymber Thomas, 46, of 73 Fowler St., Revere. Thomas was charged with shoplifting by concealing. 
  • 7:44 p.m. a hit and run accident was reported on Littles Lane. A motorist damaged a chain link fence and a brick wall in the crash. 
Monday, July 15
  • 12:17 a.m. a fight was reported on Tremont street at the Portugese-American War Veterans Club. 
  • 10:58 a.m. a caller reported that his cat, Larry, has been missing for three days. 
  • 11:34 a.m. police arrested Jacquelyn J. Michaud, 73, of 18 Walnut St., Apt. 508. Michaud was charged with the violation of an abuse prevention order. 
  • 1:25 p.m. a caller reports that there is a man on his property at Diamond Auto Body harassing customers as they walked in. He claimed he was picketing the business because the owner owed him money. 
  • 1:43 p.m. a larceny was reported at Rock Room Shoes on Andover Street.
