Worker Hospitalized After Falling Nearly 40 Feet In Peabody
The man was taken to Tufts Medical Center after the fall at the Rousselot International plant in Peabody.
PEABODY, MA — A worker who fell between 30 and 40 feet at the Rousselot International plant was taken via Medflight to the Tufts Medical Center in Boston Saturday afternoon.
The man fell at the Allens Lane gelatin plant shortly after 4:30 p.m. The victim sustained serious injuries, but has not been identified.
The Occupational Safety and Health Administration was called to investigate the workplace incident.
