- IMPACTS...THE FRIDAY MORNING COMMUTE WILL BE MOST AFFECTED DUE TO HAZARDOUS DRIVING CONDITIONS. WET SNOW ACCUMULATING ON TREES AND POWER LINES COULD RESULT IN ISOLATED POWER OUTAGES.
