Christmas Tree Catches Fire In Duxbury Home

DUXBURY, MA — No one was injured when a Christmas tree caught fire in a Duxbury home late Sunday night.

Fire officials said the resident at Landing Road heard the smoke detectors and put out the fire with an extinguisher before any major damage was done. The fire charred the tree and burned the corner of the room
