Five Things You Need to Know Today: April 11

A movie premier, a candidate debate, and a meet and greet are all things you ought to know today.

1. The nationally acclaimed movie, Bag It, makes its local premiere at Plimoth Cinema at 7 p.m. April 11. The movie will be followed by a panel discussion moderated by Bruce Gellerman, well-known environmental journalist and former Senior Correspondent and Host at National Public Radio's Living on Earth. Before the movie attend the Plymouth Farmers' Market at Plimoth Plantation. The market is open from 2:30 to 6:30 p.m.

2. The Muratore for Selectman Committee is hosting another meet and greet with Matt Muratore at Alden Park in Colony Place from 5:30 t0 7:30 p.m.

4. The Plymouth Area League of Women Voters invites voters to submit questions for two candidates debates to be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, April 25, at Plymouth Town Hall. Candidates for the Board of Selectmen and the Plymouth School Committee will be participating. Submit questions by April 8 to Mary Tousignant at voterinfoply@gmail.com. The Plymouth annual town election is Saturday, May 11.
