Rachael Morrissey, 18, 634 Lunn’s Way, arrested on a charge of possession of liquor by a person under 21 on Long Pond Road at 2:10 a.m.

Tinothy F. Concannon, 49, 109 Ellisville Drive, arrested on warrant charges of assault and battery and making threats on Ellisville Drive at 9:24 a.m.

Karina L. Brown, 408 Court St., arretsted on a charge of disorderly conduct and warrant charges of possession of liquor by a person under 21 and resisting arrest at 11:41 p.m.
