Groundbreaking For Plymouth Airport's New Building Today

The project has more than $4.8 million in state funding and $254,000 in local funding behind it.

PLYMOUTH, MA — Plymouth, state, and transportation officials will converge at Plymouth Municipal Airport this afternoon for a groundbreaking event. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said it will be celebrating the beginning of a project to construct a new administration building.

The project has more than $4.8 million in state funding and $254,000 in local funding behind it.

The 5,500-square foot administration building will have a spot for offices, conference rooms that the community can use, businesses, and a restaurant.
