Homeless Man Charged with Drug Possession

Patrick B. McPhee, 24, homeless, arrested on charges of possession of a class A substance, possession of a class B substance, and two counts of possession of a class E substance on Cordage Park Circle at 7:45 p.m.
Juan Ricardo Rivera, 35, 15 Cherry St., arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a licenses suspended for OUI, OUI liquor (second offense), drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle, and a miscellaneous equipment violation, on Spooner Street at 11:03 p.m.
