Lakeville Man Arrested on Assault Charge

April 12

Michael May, 30, 1301 Avalon Way, arrested on a charge of OUI liquor (second offense) on Sandwich Street at 12:44 a.m.

Diego Oliveria DaSilva, 27, 17 Chapel Hill Drive, Apt. 7, arrested on warrant charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, larceny over $250 by false pretense, and credit card fraud on Chapel Hill Drive at 10:32 p.m.

April 13

Richard E. Gardner, 40, 556 Washington St., Pembroke, arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at 1:53 p.m.

April 14

Thomas M. Azar Jr., 25, 2 Commercial Drive, Apt. 7304, Lakeville, arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct on Middle Street at 12:36 a.m.

Todd Blackler, 40, 28 Huttelston Ave., Fairhaven, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and refusing to identify self to police on Commerce Way at 11:45 a.m.
