Access to private property, public parking lots and private driveways will be maintained during construction. We ask that you drive carefully and be alert to activity in the area.
The final paving dates for North Street will be scheduled, following the necessary sidewalk repairs. The Town will issue an updated press release with the schedule for the final pavement activities.
The DPW will deploy message boards to alert motorists of the forthcoming work. During the scheduled work, the DPW and the contractor will make every effort to keep traffic flowing, but detours may be required. In such instances, the DPW will work with the contractor and the Plymouth Police Department’s detail officers on the placement of barrels and detour signage, to keep traffic flowing as smoothly as possible. The public is advised to drive with caution and plan for traffic delays and temporary access restrictions.
The Town appreciates the community’s patience during these important roadway improvement projects.
