Pembroke Man Arrested on Drinking While Driving Charge

Juvenile, arrested on two counts of domestic assault and battery on Court Street at 5:19 p.m.

Shawn R. Fahey, 37, 92 Wampatuck St., Pembroke, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration, operating an uninsured motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without an inspection sticker, and drinking alcohol from an open container in a motor vehicle on Samoset Street at 9:43 p.m.

Thomas DiGiorgi, 20, 156 ½ Court Ave., arrested on charges of speeding, failure to wear a seatbelt, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle on Westerly Road at 10:05 p.m.

April 10, 2013 Kimberly Dixon, 48, 11B Standish Ave., arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery on Standish Avenue at 3:13 a.m.
