Christopher D. Ivey, 30, 45 Davis St., arrested on charges of malicious destruction of property over $250 and domestic assault and battery on Chestnut Street at 2:11 a.m.

Luiz Gustavo DaSilva, 26, 17 Crescent St. Apt. 1, Kingston, arrested on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation on Nelson Street at 9:56 a.m.

Sean P. Moran, 42, 10 Fox Run Apt. 10, Marshfield, arrested on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order on Obery Street at 11:46 a.m.

Anthony M. Mottola, 29, 52 Brigantine Circle, arrested on several warrant charges including malicious destruction of property, shoplifting by asportation, carrying a dangerous weapon, attempting to commit a crime, and trespassing on Sandwich Street at 4 p.m.

Dean F. Archer, 51, 6 Marion St., arrested on violating an abuse prevention order and domestic assault and battery on Marion Street at 4:34 p.m.

Sean M. Vallodoa, 25, 209 Ship Pond Road, arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a licenses suspended for OUI and a miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation on State Road at 11:10 p.m.

Ducarmel Legal Jr., 24, 22C Algonquin Terrace, arrested on charges of assault and battery and unarmed robbery on Boutemain Avenue at 2:16 a.m.

Daniel J. Clifford III, 31, 21 Spinnaker Drive, arrested on charges of assault and battery and unarmed robbery on Boutemain Avenue at 2:43 a.m.
