Plymouth North Wins Against Marshfield In Baseball, 6-2

Plymouth North off to 2nd straight win to start the season 2-1.

PLYMOUTH, MA- The Plymouth North Blue Eagles baseball team faced Marshfield on Wednesday Afternoon. Plymouth North is coming off a shutout win over Duxbury on Monday by the score of 4-0. Marshfield is coming off a loss against Silver Lake, 8-3 on Monday.

Matt Murphy got the start for the Eagles in which he pitched five innings. He allowed two runs in the fifth inning, in which they cut the lead to 3-2. Connor Vellocone pitched the final two innings for the save, and Plymouth North won 6-2 over Marshfield.

Plymouth North’s next game will be at home against Hingham on Friday at 4 p.m. start time.
