Ricky Lee Showers, age 52, of Plymouth died suddenly Wednesday, June 12, in York, Penn. He was the devoted husband of Lynne (Perry) Showers. Loving father of Brittany Griffith and her husband Ryan and their newborn daughter Claire Elizabeth of Pennsylvania, and Ethan, Seth, and Coralynne Showers, all of Plymouth. He was a great sportsman, as well as an avid Red Sox and Philadelphia Eagles fan, even coaching his son's baseball teams. Ricky was a friend of Bill W. Delinda T. (Costa) Cabral of Plymouth died peacefully surrounded by her family at the Life Care Center of Plymouth June 14. She was the beloved wife of the late Manuel Cabral. Loving mother of Judy Costa and her husband Mario of Plymouth and Walter J. Cabral and his companion Gail of Fall River. Cherished grandmother of Lynn Costa McNeil and her husband George, Andy Costa, Jay Cabral and Paul Cabral, and their mother Martha Cabral. Great-grandmother of Christopher and Nicholas Costa. Born in Plymouth April 8, 1920 a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Costa, educated in the Plymouth Schools. She was a longtime member of the United Methodist Church of Plymouth she enjoyed traveling, crocheting, music, singing and babysitting. Helen Dorothy Collins Ross, of White Horse Beach (Plymouth) formerly of Winchester, died June 13. Loving and devoted wife of 67 years to the late George E. Ross, Jr. of White Horse Beach formerly of Winchester; loving and dedicated mother to George William Ross of Claremont, NH; Paul Karen Ross of White Horse Beach, William Arthur Houle of Ellijay, GA; Dennis Michael Ross of Plymouth, Marilyn Diane Ross of Plymouth and John Patrick Ross of Plymouth. Loving and committed mother-in-law to Katie Ross of Claremont, NH and Jennifer Houle of Ellijay, GA. Helen Dorothy Collins Ross was raised in Everett and attended Everett High School. Mrs. Ross met George Edgar Ross, Jr. when she was sixteen years old, married 7 years later, and settled in Everett. in 1990, Mrs. Ross and her husband, George, moved to their summer home on White Horse Beach to enjoy their retirement years during which they traveled throughout Europe, Mexico, and Africa.
