Robert William Crosscup, Jr.

Robert William Crosscup, Jr., age 93, died Friday, March 22, 2013 at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth. He was the devoted husband of the late Catherine D. (Boutin) Crosscup. Born in Malden, MA on April 13, 1919, he was a son of the late Robert and Myrtle V. (Davis) Crosscup. He was educated in Malden, MA and was a graduate of Malden High School, Class of 1937. Following his high school education, Mr. Crosscup entered the US Army/Air Corps where he proudly served with the 318th Fighter Control Squad during World War II. He moved to Kingston from Malden in 1947, enjoying spending time at the family summer home on Billington Sea. Following his service duty, Mr. Crosscup had worked for most of his life as Vice President for an Electrical Contractor, retiring from his position in 1974. He was a member of the IBEW union. He later worked for the RS Means Company, and was the author of the book "Electrical Cost Data", which is still being used in circulation today. Pauline Marie (Beaudry) Palesse

Pauline Marie (Beaudry) Palesse, age 98, died Tuesday, March 19 at the Golden Living Center in Plymouth. She was the devoted wife of the late Albert Palesse. Born in Boston, MA on September 21, 1914, she was a daughter of the late Nelson and Albertine (Turgeon) Beaudry. For many years Mrs. Palesse had worked as a retail sales clerk for the Filene's Department Stores. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and sewing as a few of her favorite pastimes. Charlene E. (Lawson) Wingerter

Charlene E. (Lawson) Wingerter, age 54, of Taunton, formerly Plymouth and Malden, MA, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, March 20, 2013 with her family by her side.  Survived by, and beloved mother to, son Ryan Wingerter of Brimfield, formerly Plymouth and his wife Kathryn and grandson Peter, as well as son Andrew Wingerter and his wife Calista, and granddaughter Brynne of Plymouth.  She was also beloved sister to Colleen Plunkett, and aunt to Tayla and Tiffany of Malden, MA.  She was the daughter of the late Mary Lou Higgins, formerly of Malden, MA. Calling hours will be held Saturday March 30, 2013 at Bartlett Funeral Home, 338 Court Street, Plymouth, MA, from 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association.
