Do you love lobster? Then plan to join us on Thursday, June 3rd at 6:00 when Liz Barbour from The Creative Feast will present a virtual cooking class focused on this delicious seafood. Liz will show you how to properly steam your lobster for the best tasting results. Then she will demonstrate how to make a delicious recipe featuring the lobster tail. Of course you’ll need something special to drink with that lobster! Liz will shake up the perfect cocktail/mocktail to go along with your New England lobster tail recipe.
