Plymouth Resident Joins ClearRock

Tim Butler of Plymouth, an executive coach and trusted partner for leaders as they deepen self-awareness, develop strategies and chart paths for personal and professional growth, success, and greater impact, has joined ClearRock, Inc., a Boston-based talent consulting firm, as an Executive Coach.

In his role, Butler will work with senior executives and high potential managers across multiple industries that are expanding their responsibilities, experiencing rapid career growth, newly overseeing a division or business unit, or leading a start-up.

“Tim capitalizes on the experiences he gained as a leader in the Department of Defense to help the clients he works with at ClearRock,” said Laura Poisson, President, ClearRock. “Tim is a person of high integrity, competence and loyalty, which serves him well as a trusted advisor on sensitive and complex issues.”

In addition to his work with ClearRock, Butler serves as an advisor to the Board of Directors for Warrior One, a non-profit organization that recruits, trains and provides mindful yoga instructors on military bases worldwide.

“During my 35 years in the Air Force, I developed expertise in organizational leadership, team development, change management, conflict management, culture building and creation of results-oriented programs and services which I look forward to incorporating into my work with ClearRock clients,” said Butler.

Butler holds a Master of Arts in Military Operations and Strategic Studies from Air University, a Master’s of Arts in Organizational Management from The George Washington University, a Masters of Divinity from St. John’s Seminary School of Theology, and a Bachelor’s Degree from Boston College and St. John’s Seminary College in Liberal Arts.
