Plymouth South Dominates Pembroke In Football Senior Night, 39-13
Plymouth South's rushing attack led the team against Pembroke
PLYMOUTH, MA- The Plymouth South Panthers football team played the Pembroke Titans at home on Thursday Night, in which they played their first scheduled game since Week 1 against Hanover since the last two have been replaced by a different opponent. This was Senior Night for the Panthers.
In the first half, Pembroke quarterback Tyler Hall scored a rushing touchdown off a draw in the first quarter. Plymouth South then clapped back with two rushing touchdowns from freshman Casious Johnson. In the second quarter, Kyle Doyle got a touchdown reception from senior quarterback Hunter Dean to extend Plymouth South’s lead to 20-7 at halftime.
In the second half, Casious Johnson got his third rushing touchdown of the game to make it 26-7. DK Murphy scored a rushing touchdown on a sweep to make the score 32-7. Then, Pembroke’s Connor Lockhart got a touchdown pass from Tyler Hall to make the score 32-13 at the end of the third quarter. Plymouth South’s final touchdown of the game was a fumble return by Matt Mahoney. The final score was that Plymouth South won 39-13.

Plymouth South improves to 3-1 on the season in which when they do final game of the regular season next week, they may punch a ticket into the Patriot Cup.
The final regular season game for Plymouth South will be traveling to Scituate High for a Friday Night game against the Sailors. Date & time is on April 9 at 6 p.m. start time. Stay tuned to this post for any updates.
