Plymouth Water Main Repaving Project Begins Tuesday

PLYMOUTH, MA — Repaving will begin on portions of Forges Field Road, Jordan Road and Russell Mills Road on Tuesday where water main work was completed in 2019.

The work is scheduled to begin Tuesday with milling of the roadway surface through Friday. Next week, overlay paving work will take place — weather permitting — Monday through Wednesday, with work continuing 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. until the project is finished.

The Plymouth Department of Public Works, Plymouth police and the contractor will attempt to keep traffic flowing in both directions. The public is advised, however, to expect possible delays.
