Kevin J. Spencer, 26, 72 Birch St., arrested on charges of OUI liquor (second offense), two counts of leaving the scene of personal injury, two counts of OUI liquor and serious injury and negligent operation of a motor vehicle on Red Brook Road at 4:30 a.m.
Deborah M. Daley, 43, 117 Westerly Road, arrested on a charge of shoplifting over $100 by asportation on Samoset Street at 3 p.m.
