Work will begin at the intersection of Murray Street and Court Street. During construction, please expect to be inconvenienced by traffic delays, detours, uneven/settling trenches, and elevated noise levels. Northbound traffic on Court Street will be detoured down North Park Avenue to Water Street and up Nelson Street. Please follow the detour signs that are installed along the project area (see attached map for detour). The Town and the Contractor will make every effort possible to minimize disturbances to residents, businesses, pedestrians, and motorists in the Court Street area throughout the duration of this project.
All businesses will remain open during construction. The Town appreciates the community’s patience and support during this important sewer system improvement project.
